Funeral Services for Miguel “Mexican Mike” Garcia Sr., 62, of Carriere, Miss., who passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012, will be held Sunday, October 21, 2012, at 2 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.

Rosary will be on Saturday, October 20, 2012 during the visitation by Deacon Douglas McNair.

Burial will be in First Baptist Church of Henleyfield Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, he was a Mechanic and a Welder.

He was preceded in death by: parents, Antonio Garcia-Chavez and Maria Concepcion Garcia-Zermeno; and his brothers, Jose Hector Garcia, and Jaime Garcia.

Survivors include: his wife of 38 years, Freda Garcia; his daughter, Freda Conzepsion Dunhurst and husband Dewayne; his son, Miguel Garcia Jr. and wife Khristy; his daughter, Elizabeth Garcia and husband Rafa; his five grandchildren: Jewelee, Jessica, Alicia, Kodie, and Karie; and his two great-grandchildren, Tristan and Ariah; his five sisters: Carolina DeLeon, Maria Ellena DeLeon, Irma Campos, Elia Aguilera, and Sofia Garcia; his three brothers, Juan Antonio Garcia, Ernesto Garcia, and Heriberto Garcia.
