Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at White Funeral Home, Poplarville for Mr. John Clark Loveless, 91, of Poplarville, who passed away Saturday, December 25, 2010 in Stone County Hospital, Wiggins. Burial will be in the East Pearl Landmark Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

A native of Seminary, Miss., he was born Monday May 19, 1919 to A.F. & Celestal Clark-Loveless. He was a retired Brick Mason and served as a Deputy Sheriff in Pearl River, La. and in Pearl River County, Miss. under Sheriffs Holliday and Lumpkin; and was a United States Navy Veteran serving during World War II.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include: his wife, Joyce Davis Loveless; a niece, Dimple Holston, both of Poplarville; and a host of extended family.

Visitation was held Monday, December 27, 2010 from 6-9 p.m. at White Funeral Home in Poplarville.
