Althea Rita Cambas Roberson lost her battle with cancer on Friday, July 9, 2010 at the age of 91. Her final days were spent at home, surrounded by family and friends that she had touched in some way throughout her life.

She was the cherished wife of the late Charles B. Roberson Jr. Loving mother of Patti, Charlene and Mary Lee. She is also survived and fondly remembered by her sister, Mercedes Barbay along with many relatives and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, La. on Thursday, July 15, 2010 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., followed by a Funeral Mass beginning at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
