Funeral services will be held Friday, June 25, 2010 at 4 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel for Nelson J. LeTourneau, 77, of Picayune, who passed away Friday, June 18, 2010 in Picayune.
The Rev. Michael Synder will officiate at the service.
A native of Burlington, Vt., he was a Geophysicist with the Dept. of the Navy at Stennis Space Center, a member of St. Charles Borromeo and a U.S. Airforce veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by: his wife of 46 years, Erna Isabella Va’ai LeTourneau; sister, Doris L’Esperance; and parents, Alfred and Aldena Gregoire LeTourneau.
Survivors include: sons, Lyle (Maria) LeTourneau of Sacramento, Calf., and Raymond (Jennifer) LeTourneau of Birmingham, Ala.; grandchildren: Peleina (Shannon) Phillips, Tyla LeTourneau, Lyle Daniel LeTourneau, Damien LeTourneau, and Jacob LeTourneau; great-grandchild, Aden Phillips; and brother, Raymond Greg LeTourneau of Burlington.
Visitation will be Friday, June 25, 2010 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
