Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 2 p.m. in the Zion Hill Baptist Church, McNeill for Sue R. Massey, 63, of Carriere who passed away Monday, October 19, 2009 in Carriere.

Burial will be in the Coaltown Cemetery in Purvis under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

The Rev. Mike Phillips will officiate at the service.

A native of Summit, Miss., she was a Title Clerk and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, David and Aleene Roberts; and two brothers, Leroy Roberts and Tony Roberts.

Survivors include: her husband, Don Massey of Carriere; two sons, Don Massey II of Carriere and Doug Massey of Carriere; one sister, Bea Pace of Birmingham, Ala.; three brothers, Hubert Roberts of Lumberton, Herbert Roberts of Purvis, Miss., and Darrell Robert of Purvis.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 21, 2009 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home.
