The Pearl River Central Water Assoc. has issued a boil water notice for the Carriere area from east of the Huddle House on West Union Road.

The area was affected by a main line break on Wednesday. Customers who were without water need to boil water for one minute before consuming it. A notice will be issued when the alert is lifted.
