Picayune players honored

A quartet of Picayune Memorial High School players garnered honors on Wednesday.
Maroon Tide pitcher T.J. House was named to the prestigious Dandy Dozen list as selected by the Clarion-Ledger of Jackson.
He is listed as one of the top prep players in the state as well as the nation. House has already signed a scholarship with Tulane. Also, Jared Bales was named as one of the state’s top undercalssmen by the same publication.
Also, Maroon Tide fooball players Drew Cole and Ben Luther were picked to play in the annual Bernard Blackwell All-State Football Classic that will take place in June. Cole recently signed with Auburn and Luther with PRCC.
