Sewer construction to interrupt traffic

Traffic on Virginia Avenue will be interrupted Thursday morning for sewer construction.
No through traffic will be allowed between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., though local traffic will be allowed.
The traffic interruption may be extended by unforeseen circumstances.
