A Terry man accused of killing his daughter and son-in-law has been indicted on two murder charges.
A grand jury handed up the indictment Friday against 64-year-old James Bailey. Authorities say 40-year-old Becky Nelson and her husband, 39-year-old Ricky Nelson. They were shot to death in their home in Terry.
The indictment includes a gun enhancement that carries an additional five years. The murder charges carry possible life sentences.
