PICAYUNE — Christmas  worship slated

Several area churches have scheduled Christmas Eve and Christmas Day services.

They include, but are not limited to:

— Anointed Dove Ministries,18 Stafford Road in Picayune, Christmas Worship Service, 10-11 a.m. (1-hour), Sunday, Dec 25. The community is invited, bring your family and friends.

— Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church, 1421 Goodyear Blvd. in Picayune. Christmas Services are:  December 24, 8 p.m., The Nativity of Our Lord, Holy Eucharist, Rite II; December 25th, 10 a.m., The Nativity of Our Lord, Holy Eucharist, Rite II.

— First Baptist Church of Picayune,  Christmas Eve by Candlelight, in the Sanctuary, Saturday, Dec. 24, 5 p.m. Christmas Day Service, No Bible Study, Service only from 11-12. in the Sanctuary.

— Saint Barnabas Anglican Church, 201 Norwood Street in Picayune,  Candlelight Christmas Eve services, 5:30 and 11 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 24. Carols shall be sung before the services, with refresments served afterward in the Parish Hall. Christmas Day Eucharist, 10 a.m. Everyone is invited. For more information call, 601-749-4663.

— West Union Baptist Church Christmas service is at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 25. For more information, call 601-3727.

— Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church Christmas morning service is at 7, Sunday, Dec. 25, breakfast served. For more information, call 601-798-5457.

— St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church Christmas service is at 8 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 25.

Gospel singing at Antioch

Antioch Baptist Church gospel singing is 6 p.m.-midnight, Saturday, Dec. 31. For more information, call 601-347-6487 or 601-799-3938.

New Year’s Eve singing

Pilgrim Bound Baptist Church New Year’s Eve service is at 10:45 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31.
