Gumpond Baptist Church, Lumberton, Miss., will hold revival services April 27-29, 2012. Service times are: 7p.m. Friday - Brad Miles of Olive Baptist Church; Saturday - Ed King of Oak Hill Baptist Church; 11a.m. & 6p.m. Sunday - Billy Kent Smith. Community Fellowship Meal: 6 p.m. Friday & Noon Sunday. Music – The Riders of Lumberton. Join us and revive yourself!



Believers Church services

Believers Church meets every Sunday morning at 10 a.m. for worship and the word, and each Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. for Prayer and Bible study. Located at 215 E. Seventh St,. we invite everyone to come be a part of Believer’s Church a great place to worship!



‘Blue Sunday’ is April 29

WASHINGTON — The Christian non-profit group Shepherding the Next Generation have set aside April 29 as Blue Sunday, a day of prayer and reflection for abused and neglected children, and for those who have rescued them. For more information, visit www.1560reasons.org.



Walk for Life set for May 5

Save-A-Life of the Pearl River Area, Pregnancy Support Services, will host their 13th Annual Walk for Life, Saturday, May 5, 2012, at 1101 Goodyear Blvd. in Picayune. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. For registration information contact PSS at 601-799-2668 or stop by their office.



Family and Friends day set

Greater Emmanuel Baptist Family and Friends Day celebration is at 3 p.m. Sunday April 29.



Rummage sale at Believers

Believers Church rummage sale is 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, May 4-Saturday, May 5. Fish Fry at Hart’s Chapel Hart’s Chapel Baptist Church fish fry is at 10 a.m. Friday, April 27. Plates are $8. For more information or delivery, call Marie Bowden at 601-365-9934 or 601-569-1752.
