Susan Ruth Craft, 55, of Bay St. Louis passed away Saturday, February 6, 2010, at Highland Community Hospital in Picayune.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 5 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home, followed immediately by a Memorial Service at 6 p.m., with Pastor Kathleen Potts officiating.
Susan was born in Portsmouth, Va., and moved to Bay St. Louis from Picayune four years ago. She was an office manager and a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, John Angus and Lorraine Dawe; and brother, Thomas Dawe.
She is survived by: her husband, Dale Craft of Bay St. Louis, Miss.; adopted parents, Richard M. and Jayne Land of Atlanta, Ga.; two sons, Nicholas Dale Craft of Picayune and David Benjamin Craft of Picayune; two daughters, Rachel Lee of Bay St. Louis and Serenity Garretson of Picayune; five brothers, Earl Law of Buffalo, NY, Willard Law of Trenton, NJ, John Dawe of Atlanta, Michael Dawe of Atlanta, and David Dawe of Douglasville, Ga.; five sisters, Linda Law of Washington, D.C., Beth Dawe of Atlanta, Ellen Dawe Smith of Snellville, Ga., Heidi Sapp of McDonough, Ga., and Holly Norton of Newport News, Va.; three grandsons and one granddaughter.
Arrangements are under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home and Crematory.

Beulah Honea Walker, a historical figure in the history of Picayune and Pearl River County, passed away Friday, May 7, 2010, at her home in Picayune. Mrs. Walker was born in Logtown, Miss. on January 6, 1917, the daughter of Alva Benjamin Honea, Sr. and Amy Viola Parker Honea. She spent her early years there and graduated from Bay St. Louis High School. She attended MSCW. She and her late husband, J.P. Walker, had three daughters: Sandra Barker (Larry), Sharon Field (Jack) and Sheila Smith (Harvey). She also had two step-children, Barbara Hobgood and the late Kenneth Walker. She had a special niece, Christina Honea Hill (Rev. David) and nephew, Jack Honea (Diane). She had nine grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, J.P. Walker; and her brother Alva Benjamin Honea, Jr.
