Funeral Services for Mary Elizabeth Booth Watkins, 83, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012, will be held Saturday, December 22, 2012, at 11 a.m. at White Chapel Church.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 22, 2012 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at White Chapel Church.
Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
A native of White Chapel Community, she was a Homemaker and a member of Hickory Baptist Church. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and will be truly missed. Mary enjoyed walking and her flower garden.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, William H. Booth, Sr. and Minnie Lumpkin Booth Parris; her son, David William Watkins; her brother, William H. Booth, Jr.; and her sister, Lyndal Miller.
Survivors include: her husband of 66 years, Eugene Alvis Watkins Sr.; her children: Lyndal Fillingame and husband Lynn, Al Watkins, Jr and wife Jan, and Kay Stockstill and husband Richard; 5 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
