Funeral Services for Dorothy Rose Barber, 66, of Carriere, Miss., who passed away Monday, November 26, 2012, will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at 11 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 28, 2012 from 9-11 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Mitchell Family Cemetery, Harry Sones Road under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Dorothy was a Seamstress at the Garment Factory and a member of First Baptist Church of Carriere. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, and knitting. Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great mother who will be truly missed..
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Wilson Hayes and Rosie Lewis Hayes; and her three brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include: her sons, Frankie Barber, and Curtis Barber and wife, Janel; her four grandchildren: Brandy, Candy, Boe, and Oliver, and one great-grandchild, Gregory.
