PICAYUNE — Graveside services will be held Saturday March 6, 2010, at 11 a.m. for Katherine Holly Persinger, 82, of Picayune, who passed away Tuesday March 2, 2010 at her residence.
Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
The Rev Glenn Kennedy will officiate at the service.
A native of Pearl River county, she was a Homemaker and a member of Cedar Hill House of Prayer Church.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Kenneth Roy Persinger; and parents, George and Loreta Howard Varnado.
Survivors include: daughter, Rachel Martin of Picayune; brother, Harvey Ray Varnado of Picayune; sister, Mandy Mitchell of Picayune; grandchildren: Angela Faucheux of La Place, La., George McGehee of Picayune, Christopher Eastman of Midway, Ga.; six great- grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
