PICAYUNE —
Aida Ochoa Koch, of Picayune, Miss., passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at the Louisiana Heart Hospital in Lacombe, La.
Beloved wife of Herman H. Koch for the past 52 years.
Mother of Sammy Koch, Jacqueline Koch Morel (David), and Stephen Koch.
Daughter of the late Joaquin Ochoa and Aida Caceres Ochoa.
Sister of Alejandro Pittaluga, Rosita Ochoa and the late Marco Caceres and Raul Caceres.
Also survived by: six grandchildren, Haley Koch, Alexandra Morel, Victoria Morel, Hayden Koch, Hannah Koch, Hadley Koch; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Age 70 years; a native of Mexico City, Mexico, a former longtime resident of Chalmette, La., and a resident of Picayune, Miss. since 2005. Mrs. Koch was a member of the Foreign Born Wives, AARP of Madisonville, La., and was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Picayune.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1050 Robert Blvd., Slidell, La., on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held at church from 9-11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery in New Orleans, La.
