PICAYUNE —
Eric John Fasske, 61, years old, entered into eternal peace on Friday, November 9, 2012 at his home on Riverside Rd. in Picayune, Miss., surrounded by family. Services will be announced at a later date.
A native of Slidell, La., Eric served our country with the 3/11th Blackhorse Regiment in the United States Army Europe Command. He spent his early years as a merchant Seaman and sailed to all parts of the world. The past 30 years he worked welding on pipelines and drilling platforms from Brazil to Alaska. His first love was the outdoors and as a hunter and a fisherman there may be no equal. Eric enjoyed sharing his outdoor knowledge with family and friends.
Eric was born on November 29, 1950 in New Orleans, La.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Caesar and Rose Mary Fasske.
He is survived by: his brothers: Wayne, Barry and Dale; and sister Judy Chadwick; and also many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
