Graveside Funeral Services for Homer Michael Lumpkin, 60, of McNeill, Miss., who passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2012, will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Sones Chapel Cemetery.
Burial will be in Sones Chapel Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
A native of McNeill, he was a former Lab Director at Crosby Memorial Hospital and a member of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by; his parents, Homer Dupuy Lumpkin and Doris Leola Smith Lumpkin; his sons, Trevor Lumpkin and Seth Lumpkin; and his sister, Ann Janet Lumpkin Mitchell.
Survivors include: his children: Robert Lumpkin, Wendy Carter, Michael Dakota Lumpkin; his step children: Cheryl Kirkham and Jake Wagner; 14 grandchildren; and his siblings: Lavert Penton and husband Clarence Jr., Johnny Wayne Lumpkin, Steve Lumpkin and wife Marie, Sue Fore and husband Larry, and Sandra Kaye Seal and husband Robert.
