Aline (Aunt Dean) Turner Jackson

Aline departed her earthly walk to begin her heavenly journey Monday, November 16, 2009 at her residence in Picayune, MS. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Mt. Olive B.C., Hwy. 23 Boothville, LA. Visitation 9-11 a.m. The Rev. Dr. Theodore Turner Jr. will officiate at the service.

Aline was a native of Port Sulphur La.

Aline was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Leroy Jackson Sr.; her parents, Edward (Pat) & Mary Turner; three brothers, two sisters; two sons: Leroy Jr. & Rickey Jackson, two Daughters, Anessa & Collette Jackson, five grand children: Melvin Dillard, Kiwani Jackson, Precious Taylor, Angel Taylor and Heron Smith.

Aline leaves a legacy of jewels to cherish her memories.: nine children: Myra (Alexander) Jones, Cal Lee (Eldora) Jackson, Meline (Walter) Mason Sr., Mary (Gary) Pugh Sr., Maxine(Calvin) Jones Jr., Van Merrick (Britton), Charlene (Larry) Manning, Randy (Keymba) Jackson, and Dale Brown; one brother, Calvin (Dorcelene) Tumer; one sister, Rose Mary Turner; one brother- in-law, Henry (Betty) Jackson, one sister-in-law Gladys (Otis) Bnnnfield; 26 grandchildren, 43 great-grand children, 6 great- great- grandchildren, 5 god children, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives, and friends.
