PICAYUNE —
Funeral Services for Rose M. Waldrop, 77, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2012, will be held Friday, November 2, 2012, at 12 p.m. at Lee's Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Friday, November 2, 2012 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Lee's Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Lee's Chapel #2 Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
The Rev. Jared Lee will officiate the service.
A native of Port Sulphur, La., she was a Homemaker and a member of Lee's Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Adam Rigaud and Martha Lightell Rigaud; and her sister, Victoria Lee.
Survivors include: her husband of 54 years, Bennie L. Waldrop; her son, Bennie L. Waldrop Jr. and his wife Lori; her daughter, Peggy Shearer and her husband Edward; her son, James Waldrop and his wife Amanda; her grandchild, Danielle Shearer; and her sister, Mildred McCormic.
