PICAYUNE —
Donald Glenn Stockstill, 64, of Columbia, Miss., passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Wesley Medical Center in Hattiesburg.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at Lee’s Chapel #2 Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will follow at 12 noon with Bro. Lavelle Lee and Bro. Jared Lee officiating. Burial will be at Lee’s Chapel #2 Baptist Church Cemetery.
Donald was originally from Leetown and moved to Columbia in 1998. He retired from the City of Columbia and was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Otis R. Stockstill and Francis Pearson; one daughter, Jennifer Stockstill; one brother, Bobby Joe Stockstill; and three sisters, Oma Lee Dawsey, Brenda McDuffie and Mary Catherine Stockstill.
He is survived by: his wife, Janice Beal Stockstill of Columbia; one son, Jeremy Otis Stockstill of Columbia; one daughter, Lisa Stockstill Haskins of Monticello, Miss.; two sisters, Linda Ladner of Leetown and Dorothy Smith of Leetown; four grandchildren, Ashton, Jordan, Tori and Alex; two great-grandchildren, Aiden and Noah; and one grandson-in-law, Ben Warden.
Arrangements are under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
