PICAYUNE —
Memorial Services for Roland Summers, 70, who passed away Thursday, January 17, 2013, will be held Sunday, January 20, 2013 at 3 p.m. at Resurrection Life Worship Center, Picayune, Miss.
Visitation will also be Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the same location.
Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
A native of Picayune, MS, he was a football and basketball coach and science teacher for many years at Pearl River Central in Carriere, Miss., and Charles B Murphy in Pearlington, Miss.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Willie Earl and Doris Summers; and his sister Brenda White.
Survivors include: two daughters, Misha Holland (Zane Holland, husband) of Lakeland, Ga., and Tiffany Summers of Picayune; four grandchildren, Kelan, Daelyn, Brycin, and Brenly, all of Lakeland; and two nephews, Patrick White of Houston, Texas and Scott White of Picayune.
