PICAYUNE —
Funeral services for Audrey Mae Lumpkin, 93, of McNeill, Miss., who passed away Friday, January 18, 2013, will be held Sunday, January 20, 2013 at 2 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Sones Chapel Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Eld. Tommy Hudnall will officiate the service.
A native of Pearl River County, Miss., she was a Seamstress and a member of Sones Chapel Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Audrey always put others before herself. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all. Audrey loved the outdoors, including gardening and farming.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Ruben Lott and Corinne Smith Lott; her husband, Herman Ulmer Lumpkin; one son, Ulmer Lorance Lumpkin; one grandson, Paul Lumpkin; and one great-granddaughter, Laken Lumpkin.
Survivors include: her children, Charles W. Lumpkin and wife Janell, Iva Loye Cullifer, and Candace Chapman and husband Mike; nine grandchildren, Wendell, Kendall, Alan, Sidney “Trey”, Chantele, Joyce, Ariela, Amy, and Cayla; 13 great-grandchildren; and one daughter-in-law, Yamileth Lumpkin.
