PICAYUNE —
Sidney Roy Seal, 70, of Picayune, Miss., passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2012 in Select Specialty Hospital.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Picayune Funeral Home from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. Funeral Services will follow at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. with Bro. Gary Killen officiating. Burial will be at Old Palestine Cemetery.
Mr. Seal was a life-time resident of Pearl River County and a member of Goodyear Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid Elvis fan.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Lee Roy Seal and Hilda Thigpen Seal; and his wife, Judith Stockstill Seal.
He is survived by: one son, Richard Seal of Picayune; one daughter, Melisa Seal Beard of Meade, Kan.; one sister, Linda Seal McCarty of Picayune; four grandchildren, Joel Buckley, Beth Lindsey, Andy Seal and Sarah Seal; and four great-grandchildren, Gracie Seal, Ava Buckley, Kinley Seal and Maddie Buckley.
