Memorial Services for Robert M. Sargent, 72, of Carriere, Miss., who passed away Thursday, November 22, 2012, will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
The Rev. Jim Biedenham will officiate the service.
A native of Daytona Beach, Fla., he was an Insurance Salesman and a member of the Baptist faith. Bob was very involved with the Picayune Mainstreet Association. He really enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, John Robert Sargent and Winnona Wilson Sargent; his wife, Martharene “Marty” Sargent; and his son, Bobby Sargent.
Survivors include: his children, Patrick Sargent and wife Claire, and Stacy L. Sargent; and three grandchildren, Robert Sargent, Thomas Sargent, and Hunter Sargent.
