Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Brown’s Funeral Home Chapel for Cedric Lamond Matamoros Sr., 33, Lacombe, La., who God saw was getting tired on Saturday, December 8, 2012 in Lady of the Lake Hospital, Baton Rouge, La.
The Rev. Wyman Gaulden will officiate at the service.
Interment will be in the Picayune Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
Cedric was born to the late Isaac and Jerlean Matamoros in Dallas, Texas on September 10, 1979.
He was preceded in death by: his daughter, Malayasia Chantel Matamoros; and his loving father Isaac Matamoros.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Shelna Jackson Matamoros; three sons, Cedric Jr., London and Nicholas; two daughters, Asia and Malayasia; his loving and devoted mother, Jerlean Matamoros; two sisters, Tameka (Wendell) Cousin, and Bianca Matamoros; one niece, Laila, all of Lacombe; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
