POPLARVILLE —
Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 7, 2012 at 11 a.m at Triumph Missionary Baptist Church, for Mrs. Mary Banks, 79, of Poplarville, Miss., who passed away Friday, November 30, 2012 in Wiggins, Miss.
The Rev. Tommie Hart will officiate at the service.
Burial will be in the Rose Park Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.
A native of Claiborne, Ala., she was a housekeeper and a member of Triumph Missionary Baptist Church.
Mary was a member of Mission No. 1, Choir member, and a member of The Mother Board.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Levi Banks and Estelle Gillyard Banks; one son, Lionel L. Napier; sisters: Gladys Banks, Sarah Whitterspoon, Lucille Banks; brother, Alphonso Banks, James Banks, and Joe Banks.
Survivors include: one son, Joseph D. Napier of Poplarville, Miss., and one grandson.
Visitation will be Friday,
