PICAYUNE —
Harold Loyd Richardson, 75, of Picayune, Miss., passed away October 15, 2012 at Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Miss.
Mr. Richardson was born in Sumrall, Miss. on March 30, 1937. Mr. Richardson served in both the United States Navy and Army in his youth. He has been the owner of Picayune Tire Service since 1965.
He was preceded in death by: his parents Arthur and Rosa Green Richardson; brother, Ralph Richardson; and sisters, Mildred Cannon, Dorothy Till, Hilda Lucus Chandler, and Marie Douglas.
He is survived by: his son, Harold Loyd (Angie) Richardson II of Olive Branch, Miss.; his daughter, Renee (Geoff) Green of Ocoee, Fla.; his grandchildren: Ethan Green and Rachel Green both of Ocoee, Fla., and Nora Catherine Richardson of Olive Branch; and his brother, Richard Glennis of Mobile, Ala.
Visitation will be held at Picayune Funeral Home on Friday, October 19, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
