— Minutes of the Aug. 17 meeting.
— Void 2007 tax sale for James Fleming and refund $519.81 to S & S Properties.
— Void 2008 tax sale for Marie Gilcrease and refund $742 to S & S Properties.

Consider proclaiming Sept. 17-23 as Constitution Week.
Consider new business:
— City’s participation for $765 in Hometown MS Retirement 2-page co-op ad for Where to Retire magazine.
— Fy2009 audit.
— Payment of $5,323 for the fuel farm generator at Picayune Airport.
— Resolution to Miss. Development Authority concerning maintenance of proposed water system improvements according to capacity assessment rating issued by the Dept. of Health.
— Bids received on $7.7 million overlay project and authorize mayor to execute contract with lowest and best bidder.
— Advertise for bids on Lot 5, block B, Homeland Addition on Jefferson Street.
— Adopt city budget.
— Request to approve adoption of ordinances setting 2011 tax levy for city and for Picayune school district.
— Request to “receive and file application petition and zoning ordinance” direct the publication and setting of a public hearing before the planning commission and waive all fees.
— Request to set date for public hearings on the cleanup of five properties.
— Request for Chief Jim Luke, Capt. Jeremy Magri and Dept. Chief Dawsey to travel to Tampa, Fla. for homicide training.
