PICAYUNE — BUILDING READY — County, city and state officials will cut a ribbon and host an open house to dedicate the new Chimney Square county office complex on Goodyear Boulevard at 4 p.m. on Thursday. However, the two-story, $4.7 million, 24,000-sq.-ft. complex will not be open for business until 8 a.m. on Tuesday.
