PICAYUNE — Picayune City Manager, Harvey Miller said Friday that he will submit a letter of resignation to the Picayune School Board on Tuesday night. Miller's comment comes after a Chancery Court judge ruled on Tuesday that, according to state law, he must step down from one of the positions. Also, a measure in the State House died Wednesday on the floor that would have exempted him for the law. For full details, see the Picayune Item's Sunday paper.
