STARKVILLE, Miss. — Political consultants Mary Matalin and James Carville and Ben and Jerry’s co-founder Jerry Greenfield are among speakers at the third annual Leadership Summit at Mississippi State University on Sept. 29-30.
The event is sponsored by MSU’s College of Business. The summit will focus this year on the economy.
Matalin and Carville will open the summit on Sept. 29 at 6 p.m. at Bettersworth Auditorium at Lee Hall on the MSU campus in Starkville. Greenfield will speak 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 30 at the Colvard Union.
Other speakers include Kenneth “Hap” Klopp, founder of the outdoor company The North Face; and Ali Velshi, senior business correspondent for CNN.
