McNeill — Everything is normal between Nicholson and Picayune on U.S. Hwy. 11 South: The water's up and the trash is floating. Residents complain about slow drainage along U.S. Hwy. 11, and the trash people dump out their car windows along the route doesn't help. When it rains, ditches rise and the trash floats, making for a dismal drive along the much-used route.
