Jail fire caused by overheated fan
HATTIESBURG, Miss. — Hattiesburg firefighters responded to a small fire that erupted from a box fan inside the Forrest County jail.
Three fire trucks responded to the jail around 1 p.m. Wednesday after receiving a report of a fire in the jail’s kitchen.
