HATTIESBURG — Police have arrested four Hattiesburg residents for allegedly selling counterfeit merchandise out of their home.
Officers arrested 18-year-old Nathan Small, 19-year-old Omar Small, 46-year-old Joanne Sturge and 25-year-old Melissa Sturge Monday after officers responded to a missing persons report.
Police later found $150,000 of counterfeited merchandise. Among the items were clothes, shoes, perfume and boxes of duplicated, copyrighted CDs.
The suspects have been charged with one count of unauthorized copying of DVDs.
The four suspects are being held in the Forrest County Jail.
