PICAYUNE — The Pearl River County Arts League awarded “Artist of the Month” ribbons for January. The winners are shown on right from left: Raven Hughes — Oil; Barbara Lane — Photography and John Zeringue — 3-Dimensional. The PRC Arts League meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.; all artists are welcome.
