PICAYUNE — Picayune’s City Council approved a motion during their meeting Tuesday night proclaiming October as National Arts and Humanities Month at the request of the Civic Woman’s Club or Picayune (CWC). The support of arts are a strong component of the club and the proclamation was presented to members, by Huey, at their monthly meeting, held on Thursday evening at the Senior Center.
