Phillip Ray Seals, 91, of Picayune, Miss., passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Highland Community Hospital. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home with Bro. James Reeves officiating.
There will be no public viewing per family request.
Burial will be at New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.
