WEAPONS CARRIER — Bill Beacht stands beside his fully restored M37 4X4 weapons carrier. The vehicle saw action in the Korean War and has the bullet holes, which Beacht left in the restoration, to prove it. The vehicle also could carry troops to the front. Beacht, a former Marine, has poured about $15,000 into the restoration. He found the vehicle in Ocean Springs.
