Striding in skates for a good cause

Photo submitted SKATING LADIES — The 2009 Cystic Fibrosis walk was held Oct. 17 at the John Slidell Park, the Pearl River Roller Derby girls skated the walk alongside all the other volunteers who walked the three mile walk to help raise money and awareness of Cystic Fibrosis. That day, $38,703.00 was raised by all the participants.
