Patrick Lee, Picayune city engineer Brooks Wallace, Picayune Fire Chief Keith Brown and City Manager Jim Luke brief U.S. Senator Roger Wicker on Saturday evening before taking him on a tour of flooding in Picayune and the county. Officials said that after a meeting of FEMA and MEMA officials on Sunday and an assessment on the flooding conducted, there is a possibility that individual assistance will be give to victims of the flooding, which officials termed unprecedented here.
