Owners of El Mariachi, a local restaurant, have pleaded guilty to one count of employing a person without the proper work permits. Two of the defendants, 36-year-old Jose Gutierrez and 58-year-old Juan Barajas received three years of probation while the third, 38-year-old Evaristo Jimenez, received one year of probation. Fines also will be levied against Gutierrez and Barajas.
